Premium Fresh Cuts

Our fresh Florida fish is primarily caught with a rod and reel, and brought from shore to Steubenville within days. Other “fresh fish” is usually caught months ago and then thawed out in the display case. No matter where in the U.S. our fresh cuts are from, they were never previously frozen.

Flash Frozen Cuts

All of our frozen fillets and portions are flash frozen and vacuum sealed. Unlike regular freezing methods, flash freezing preserves the taste and texture of the fish for up to two years.

Whole Fish

You can also buy ANY of our fish whole. This is the best value since you can fillet the fish, harvest the scraps, and use the carcass for stock. Please order ahead or ask in store for assistance.

Other Cuts
